These terms apply to your use of SellerTrace, including the website, online dashboard, scan system and licence/billing services.
Subscriptions and access
SellerTrace access depends on an active subscription and the limits of your plan. You must not share, resell, publish or bypass account or licence access.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with or disable the licence system.
- Do not use SellerTrace for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.
- You are responsible for complying with Amazon's terms and any rules that apply to your own use of Amazon, Seller Central, storefronts or product data.
- Use reasonable settings and avoid behaviour that could disrupt third-party services.
No guarantee of results
SellerTrace is a research and workflow tool. We do not guarantee product profitability, sales performance, Buy Box eligibility, ungating approval, ranking accuracy, stock availability or any business outcome.
Availability
We aim to keep SellerTrace available, but hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, Keepa, search providers or third-party websites may experience downtime or rate limits.
