Refund Policy

How cancellations, billing errors and support requests are handled for SellerTrace subscriptions.

SellerTrace is sold as a monthly subscription. You can cancel future billing through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once dashboard access has been issued. We may review refund requests case by case, especially for duplicate payments, technical access issues or billing errors.

Technical issues

If SellerTrace does not work correctly for you, contact support first so we can investigate. We may ask for screenshots, account details, seller URLs or logs.

Manage billing

Update payment methods, view invoices or cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal.
