  • You can contact support by email or by opening a Discord ticket.
  • Discord support may be faster during active support hours.
  • Include the email address used at checkout.
  • Include your licence key if you have one.
  • For scanning issues, include the seller ID and what happened.
  • Attach screenshots if they make the issue easier to understand.
