Information we collect
- Account and subscription details: email address, licence key, plan, Stripe subscription status and support history.
- Dashboard data: tracked sellers, product leads, saved and hidden products, AI sourcing settings and dashboard preferences.
- Service logs: request timestamps, technical diagnostics, scan/job logs and error logs used to operate the service.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
How we use information
- To provide the online SellerTrace dashboard and background scanning.
- To process subscriptions, billing events and plan access.
- To send account, licence, billing and support emails.
- To troubleshoot, secure and improve SellerTrace.
Third-party services
SellerTrace uses trusted services including Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Render for the application backend and Cloudflare for website hosting and DNS.
Your choices
Contact support@sellertrace.app to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention or security reasons.
